Michael is a German national who has come to India searching for answers to many questions he had and found peace and a life partner in India and settled here. He is one of the founding members of Pune Wolfpack, an amateur cycling team based out of Pune. He is a cyclist, a triathlete, a yoga instructor and a triathlon coach. I have raced with him in 2015-2016 when he came down to take part in a few BBCh races. He has since shifted his focus more to triathlons and triathlon coaching. In this episode we talk about triathlon and more specifically how training and nutrition for short, middle and long distance triathlons work. We also talked about his journey as an athlete and a coach and what are his many learnings from the journey.
