Meera Velankar is a doctorate in life sciences and a mother of two. She calls herself an accidental cyclist. She loves long distance cycling and says that if she can not be fast she wants to be first in doing something. She recently completed the Golden Quadrilateral challenge on a tandem bike covering a staggering 6000km in 41 days.
