Verity Charles is a professional netball player for the West Coast Fever. She is described by her team mates as the heart and soul of the mid court and one of the toughest players in the league. I love how tough, driven and motivated Verity is, but also how compassionate, mindful and connected she is at the same time. We explored how important it is to have a practice that relaxes the nervous system and quietens the mind, to help balance out all the activity of life.
