Nianna Bray is a long time yoga practitioner and teacher with a heart dedicated to serving the light within us all. She's an avid student always learning and growing from life's unique challenges. She has great faith in the human spirits ability to rise from despair and the human body's ability to heal given the right conditions. She reminds each of us of the healing power in asking for help and encourages us to lean toward tenderness.
