Garrett LaBarre, Jesse Bobrowski, & Lorenzo Podda - Investor Mortgages For Flippers Or Renovators

Garrett LaBarre and Jesse Bobrowski made the trip over from Alberta to explain how they're filling a void left by the big banks when it comes to investor mortgages, specifically for short term funding when flipping or renovating properties. They don't approve deals like regular banks and use a far more personal approach when working with their investors, and they have some options needing relatively small down payments. Lorenzo Podda joined us to give a bit of perspective of how this differs from the way most traditional lenders look at real estate investor deals. We got a bit of an update on Calgary real estate as well and as hockey fans of course there is some Oilers, Flames, and Leafs talk thrown into the mix.
