We first met Jim about 15 years ago when he was flipping homes in California, lost touch, and then crossed paths again years later. That's when we learned he was flipping hundreds of homes in Florida, yes hundreds. It was impressive to see how he managed all the moving parts of that operation. Now he's moved on to the Build To Rent strategy and he explains exactly what drove him in that direction. Jamie is involved in all their businesses and was a driving force behind the shift in strategy so there was more time for them to both focus on what was most important to them using their Family Board Meeting strategy.
