Mark and Kirsten Krikke have a wealth of experience and knowledge with mid-term AIRBNB rentals. They started by renting out the lower part of their house and stumbled upon a little used AIRBNB strategy, mid-term rentals. They've managed to create incredible amounts of cash flow on properties using this strategy and have even mixed it in with some longer term rental properties.
