They immigrated to Canada from the Philippines and were looking at franchises to buy but decided to start buying some investment properties instead. On this episode of the Your Life! Your Terms! Show we talk to them about their preferred investing strategy, how they've kept great relationships with their tenants even after one started a large fire in one of their properties and the role their real estate has in their retirement.
