The Therapy for Black Girls Podcast is a weekly conversation with Dr. Joy Harden Bradford, a licensed Psychologist in Atlanta, Georgia, about all things mental health, personal development, and all the small decisions we can make to become the best possible versions of ourselves. We discussed some of the joys and challenges of working with Black women therapists, we shared some of our own experiences of working with Black women therapists, and discussed how you can advocate for yourself to ensure you’re getting what you need out of therapy.
