Domenico is a Tea Culture Historian, an Executive Tea trainer at Fortnum & Mason and quite simply and expert on all things Tea related. In 1995 he received a Masters Degree with his dissertation on “The Introduction of Tea Trade into the British Civilization from its Origin up to the 20th Century”.In this show Charles and Theo find out a whole host of things such as what the difference is between yellow and black Tea.
