A great practice to consider at the outset is to cultivate your network, and associate with people at a higher level than you, so that you can learn from those who have walked the path before you. In property there are two schools of thought that get people started. People are driven by the goals and things they want, or they are looking to escape from the treadmill of life and do something more exciting. Serviced accommodation is changing the way that the world thinks about travel. It provides a far higher level of flexibility and freedom, and in many cases is far more reasonable in terms of cost.
