So there's there's one uh young black who runs the the original Black's barbecue that's on the road from here to San Antonio. And then there's Terry Blacks here in Austin, which is a different child of the black family. It's a whole thing. We
had a very similar thing in Brooklyn and Harlem. There's a place, Patsy Grimaldi's Pizza. Patsy's Grimaldi's Brick Oven Pizza, fantastic. Frank Sanachi used to go to the one under the Brooklyn Bridge, and then there's the one up in Harlem. Anyway, long story short, same situation. You know, the kids, the cousin, the uncle, whatever, everybody's got the same
last name. And they all want to be the the inheritor of the tradition because black's one of the oldest barbecue places in Central Tech. And uh it was fantastic.
Uh really great beef rib, really great brisket. If I were to swap Those two items with Terry Blocks, I probably wouldn't know the difference if I'm being honest. But I just want to say, you know, my brother had an observation being from Brooklyn. He's like, wow, Texas is amazing. Everybody's so polite. Oh man. Everybody's so cordial.

it's like it used to be in Brooklyn when we were growing up. You just assume everybody's of good faith and we walk into Blacks Barbecue. Um, what is that? Laredo? I don't know, Kyle, Buddha, somewhere down there.

Anyway, there's like two or three down there. Um And everybody's like, Oh, hey, you going to the game? Yeah. They said, Oh man, good luck, man. I said, Oh, thanks you, Nick fan. They said, No, I'm a sparse fan.
I said,
Oh, well, really appreciate that. You have a great team and Just really cordial and I was six rows behind the next bench. Cost me a fortune. Uh but you know, I poly marketed uh YOLO six K into it in uh one fifteen, so I paid for the ticket. Right. Gambling. I love these prediction markets. It's so much fun. It was fantastic and um just a great relief after You know, I was there for two of the failed attempts versus Houston and versus Spurs. I was there when the Spurs won on our court.
