I am Solomon Alexis, and in this episode I share my journey living with multiple myeloma, focusing on the real side effects of treatment and the day-to-day reality they create. I describe intense itching, weakness, balance issues, peripheral neuropathy, digestive problems, chemo brain, changes in blood levels, neutropenic fever, breathlessness, and cancer-related fatigue, and how I managed each with medication, diet, pacing, and support.
