Um this case uh was live streamed, there was huge support for Lindsay Clancy globally. There were also um the c those conspiracy theories about her her then husband, Patrick Clancy, uh and they they really did grow legs, didn't they?

Absolutely, yes. And and they were quite lurid, really, uh pretty extreme. People on TikTok and Instagram claiming that that Patrick himself had a hand in the murder of the three children, although there's absolutely no evidence at all to support that. And he was he was actually um dispatched by Lindsay to to run some errands and collect some food when she she killed the children. Um and there's also been a lot of criminals. Criticism of him for for not doing enough to to support his wife while she was so uh struggling after the birth of their youngest child. Um and he he addressed that in the interview.

Yes, he did. Um it's because he was he was quite sort of stoic really while he was on the stand. Um he was quite composed for most of it, um, despite this this ha really harrowing ordeal that that he had to go through. But actually, um last night he said that uh that he had a panic attack um while in court. He said they had a break before the nine one one calls were played. Um And these calls are incredibly distressing. It's when um he's on the phone to the emergency services, um, because Lindsay Clancy, his wife, he's found um lying outside the house. She had thrown herself out of the window.
