all why we started covering it, just to Seemed like probably a
little ex Mormon gay guy from what I heard could could tell. This is Stephen Cozy, the victim. Uh he was an attorney. And he um was Had some a lot of experiences with this guy right here, Thomas Kazowski. And Thomas Is this I I don't know what else to call him but a psychopath. The dude is a psychopath. Yes.

And when he wasn't getting his way in court, he started having these direct confrontations. With Stephen Cozy, who turns out is just was just a really, really sweet guy. And his he and his husband had been married like two and a half years. They had a cat and two dogs, just sweet. Everybody everyone that testified today that knew Stephen Cosey adored him.

Yeah. Um So uh Kazowski's trial began today. And it's a weird one because he's pro se. So he's i uh defending himself. And He's waived the right to a jury trial, so it is a bench trial. And it is a first degree murder death penalty attached case.
