Even though Levi went through some really difficult things in his life, he always remained positive and optimistic. He truly had a huge heart and could put a smile on just about anyone's face. Now, for the first five years of Levi's life, he grew up in a home being raised by his biological parents. However, by 2018, both he and then three-year-old Nora were removed from their care after them being deemed unable to care for their children due to struggles with drug addiction. At first, both the kids were placed with their Aunt Anna. But after about a year with both kids under her care, in May of 2019, the Department of Child and Family Services removed them from her care.
