So I'm really excited to hear what you all have to say about this case after hearing the details and to honestly see where this case ends up within the next few weeks and months. With that being said, there is a lot to go over. So let's just jump into today's case.

And even though he was very stubborn about his way of thinking, he was that way because he thought so deeply and so carefully about what he said and why.
But even so, he was the type of person who encouraged debate and wanted to hear other ideas because he felt that it was important for law professors to discuss the important issues even if they were not the same opinion. Those who knew Dan described that he was the type of guy who loved to bring people together,

All right, so he put you on the payroll two months after the homicide, yes?

I'm not 100% sure, like at the time frame. I believe so.
Okay, so you were still sleeping with him after the homicide.
I believe so.
And was there an actual job opening at the Adelson Institute that you filled with this position? No, ma'am. All right, so it's a position that he created for you.
Yes, ma'am.
All right, and you heard testimony from the employees that work there that they've never heard of anybody working remotely before in the history of that office. Why did Mr. Adelson create a position for you?
