Neil Shah is the CEO of a Bay Area organization called Concrn, which works to provide a 911 alternative to homeless individuals experiencing mental health crises. People can submit reports to Concrn using an app, and then Neil's team of compassionate responders travel on-location to help diffuse the situation, and connect the individual with whatever services would be serve their current situation. Neil himself has struggled with mental health issues and addiciton in the past, which keeps him grounded and close to the mission of his work.
