Peggy, a seasoned country club member, shares her experience in setting up an employee scholarship program, and gives her thoughts on the need for more women's voices in these clubs while breaking down the unfair blame they often receive for slow play. She and Margaret also discuss their experiences participating in golf club tournaments and the importance of having an inclusive environment when welcoming new players.
