You probably wouldn't be bothered by it, but it's new news for us people in the industry. So Sony Pictures... has bought Alex Baskin's 32 flavors, which is the production company that produces the Valley Vanderpump rules, real house at Beverly Hills, real house was at orange County. So what does that mean for me? That's what I said in a text. I said, Alex, you're like not to make this about me. Congratulations. I go, congratulations. But what about housewives, man? Well, what are you doing? Because you know, he was one of the original owners of evolution, right?
Sold that to 32 flavors. No, he sold that completely sold it. And then he sold that. And then he started another production company, 32 flavors. And he's like, he's a production flipper at this point. Start the smart guy money. Yeah. And then I was going to ask him how much he got for it, how many millions you got for it. But then I thought, no, it's a little too pushy. Did it say who bought it? Sony, Sony, Sony bought it, which is so that's huge. It's a big deal. So I don't know. I mean, he will stay on. Obviously, that's usually what happens when you sell a company like that. You stay on as basically like a consultant for a certain amount of time because nobody knows the show better than him or the shows.
So, yeah. So some changes. But and I think something that not everybody knows that watches Bravo. So not all of the Real Housewives shows are produced by the same people. right it's not the same company it's not the same company so like the 32 flavors may do beverly hills and orange county but there's another company that does atlanta and all the other ones yeah so basically bravo hires a production company the production company within with bravo hires the cast production puts together they send it to bravo bravo nitpicks it you know
