And today we are welcoming a brand new house husband who just entered the Bravo universe. Welcome, Jerry McGraw. Jerry is married to the Real Housewives of Rhode Island, Liz McGraw. And if you haven't watched this show, you've got to watch it. It's actually very fun, very entertaining, great dynamics. And... really fun i mean i can't wait to get into it welcome jerry hey guys thanks for having me on it's my first podcast ever so no kidding yes wow i feel i feel honored that we're your first podcast Same. It's always a great feeling to be the first. Oh, yeah. At least that's what I'm told, right?
I don't know. I think it's overplayed. So, hey, Jerry, I hear that you work in the medical marijuana business. I'm also in the cannabis industry. I'd love to hear all about that. How'd you get into the business? Oh, wow. So, we're kind of pioneers at it, believe it or not. We started... Wow. The company itself, we've been open around our 14th year. Wow. We worked on legislation and all the grass, you know, the root works in the beginning of that for another five years before. So about 20 years I've been doing this. Wow. Yeah, 20 years and it's been a long journey.

No, not at all.
Big bullseye in your back. Yeah. You know, the interesting thing is when we started, we were looking at the medical marijuana side and we met with growers with, you know, property owners and the people that were really talking to us were realtors or developers, and they were developing a lot of land for the growers and processors. And some of the stories that they were telling us were scaring the hell out of us.
