He's a self-made real estate investor, a venture capitalist. He's got a girlfriend, Whitney, a former model, and all the things. Guys, let's just bring him in, and we'll talk about it because, you know what? The waters are a little murky with Kenny, boy, and we need answers. Hi, Kenny. How are you? Good. I'm good. Now, normally I do my podcast really early in the morning.

Well, Kenny, things are a bit murky. So let's clear some shit up, OK? Before we get into it more, I want to know, when you were first approached to be on the show, was there any hesitation? You know, like. You just never know. You hear things about reality where it's like, you know, it could go a number of different ways. So for us, we're like, does this make sense? Do we need to do this? We really sat down and we're like, what are the kind of pros and cons of doing a show like this? And at the end of the day, it was like... It's an opportunity to do something different that will be really fun. Do it together and have this experience. Do it with friends, Kyle and Gavin. And really like an opportunity to like build this new community, which I feel like everyone's looking for in some degrees, like new community and feeling like you're part of something bigger.
