When Anne came to me she literally said “I feel like i've exhausted all of my options…". She had tried just about everything to lose weight from whole 30 to tracking macros to hiring dietitians. She was working herself into the ground with exercise and doing everything she possibly could, yet she wasn’t seeing the return and was even GAINING weight because of her hypothyroidism.
