We tend to talk about authentic self-expression on this show, but what does that really mean? Most people equate being authentic to "being real" and always saying what's on your mind in the moment. However, that's not exactly correct. Being "real" in the moment, may not truly be an accurate representation of how you truly feel because your perception of your emotions may be skewed.
