According to Bloomberg, the company wants improved submissions by December 1st, after which they could choose to enter exclusive talks with a single bidder. Paramount Skydance, Netflix, and Comcast all put in bids last week, with Comcast and Netflix eyeing the film and TV studios, plus HBO. Paramount Skydance wants the whole operation.
