In Episode 30 we talked about looking at the summer as a whole, and in Episode 31 we dive into the concept of summer as environmental control, specifically how summer supports weight loss. In this week’s episode, we are talking about summer vacation! Yay! People tend to think that vacation means automatic weight gain…but I’m here to tell you it doesn’t have to. In fact, it’s a decision you get to make. There may be good reasons you want to gain weight on vacation or you can decide to continue losing weight and still have a blast. It’s all possible. It just depends on what you want given the circumstances of your trip.
