And they both had arthritic autoimmune conditions (spondyloarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis).Previously, doctors told them they would have to be on medication for the rest of their lives. But it didn’t sit well with either of them. But since joining WAL, Margie:➡️ Realized the big role that stress was playing in contributing to her autoimmune disease.➡️ Has fully come off her medication.➡️ Gained 3 kilograms but lost more in measurements.➡️ No longer experiences pain from her autoimmune condition.➡️ Is eating 2000 calories a day and enjoying real food like eggs, juice, chicken, fruit, fudge, ice cream, and potatoes.Since being in the program, Jane:➡️ Has seen a complete reduction in her pain levels and is getting ready to come off her medication.➡️ Eats all kinds of real food like eggs, pancakes, tomato soup, meatballs, rice, ice cream, and more!➡️ Experienced a whole mindset change when it comes to the number on the scale and healing her body.➡️ Feels healthier and has more energy than before.Margie says, “I just felt really free.”They talk about what they eat, how they train and how they have overcome challenges along the way.
