I discover how her decision to lose weight sparked a chain of events that empowered Evie to take control of her life and make a number of brave decisions. It was great to hear Evie talk about just how much difference her weight loss journey has made to the life she has now. It reminded me how consuming of our energy, thoughts and happiness it can be when we feel unhappy with our weight. In Evie's case, this wasn't the first weight loss journey however there was something different about her mindset this time and it has lead to great results. During her transformation, Evie has lost over 5 stone (70lbs) and shares how much better her life is for it. We discuss health, confidence and self esteem and gain an insight to the way in which Evie acheived her success.
