Engage Executive Talent is a specialised executive recruitment service comprising three strands: Permanent Executive Recruitment, Interim Executive Recruitment and Board Recruitment. It was developed by CO3 and launched in September 2019 and is now one of the top recruitment agencies within the third sector in Northern Ireland for appointments to Chief Executive, Senior Management, as well as Board positions.
