In our conversation, we talked about her upbringing, her experience with racism in real life and online, her experience with self hate while she was growing up, her thoughts on Asian representation (don't forget Black and Brown Asian representation!), reconnecting with her roots, feeling more love in Asia than she does in America, the inter-community racism that goes on within the Asian Diaspora and her artwork.
