Chapter 1: What is discussed at the start of this section?
And then we had, we rotten, like I would say probably stunk to join.
I remember coming back and we were like, Ooh, yeah, you and I, we knew it.
We just knew after that second behind, like, I don't know what that was. And then you both felt like we just crumbled like Peter on the floor. Someone like shot us from the audience.
Yeah. Like what, what happened?
Yeah. Confidence way up, way up on that one. Oh, what's your story? Don't you dare be sour. Clap for Stephanie and feel the power.
So I am so honored to have you, Trish. And I know Elise has been dying to meet you and to be a part of this discussion because we go so far back. I mean, we really do.
No, like decades.
Yes, we really do.

Chapter 2: How do they reflect on their past wrestling experiences?
I mean, and happy belated birthday, your 50th. Yes. Thank you. And you look 25. Goals. I mean, you do.
You look amazing.
Thank you. And you always have, and you always will. I try my best. Good lighting helps, you know. Oh, we do as many things as we can, but without them, you are still just bombshell. Thank you. And these magazines, can we please...
zoom on in oh yeah they just happen to be there but can we see how amazing trish looks i mean and this one is how recent well this was just this i shot this like in the 2025 this came out on my like like literally days of my 50th birthday which was really cool because i mean yeah unreal yeah crazy it's good times i will say so listen to be honest when i got the pictures i was like
because you look like that. But sometimes you don't see yourself a certain way. Do you really not see yourself? No, my gosh. Even when we called to do this, and I was in after Christmas mode, where you're maybe a little girthier. I can't imagine what that means to you.
You're a little girthier, and then you have your bun on 24-7, and there's no makeup, and you're like, I don't think I can, and then you go, and then it comes together. It comes together, but you forget.
It's that week between Christmas and New Year's.
Well, my birthday is December 18th. So it's actually, I get like, so it starts early, right?
So in December, I just let it go, right? And we let it go.

Chapter 3: What challenges did Trish face during her wrestling career?
Thank you.
You know, I like to be I don't want to be on the bench.
I love the drive.
Yeah.
Like if you had to sum up your mindset, you know, what would it be?
Hmm. Well, I thrive on challenge for sure. And that's what drives me. So I will always step out of my comfort zone. I like to try things that like, like random things. I got asked to host the Canada's Walk of Fame. Yeah. And they said, OK, what do you want to do? Like opening monologues? We can write some jokes. What do you what do you what are you feeling?
And I was like, I would like to do singing and dancing Broadway style opening. And they're like, I'm like, no, but for real. And like, where did you sing? And I was like, I don't, but I could try. And so I took lessons. I sang. I got with a coach. Really? Yeah. I got with a coach. I did the choreography. And if you see this, I mean, we can probably get the B-roll. Yeah, let's find it.
I did a whole thing and it was amazing. And I just like loved doing something like unexpected and like saying to myself, I did that. I mean, even my returns have been, can I do this? Right. I did that.
And by the way, and you've over-delivered every single time.

Chapter 4: How do they discuss the impact of social media on wrestling?
Trust me. It was awful.
Really? Yeah.
I'm like one of those few people that apparently can't use it. But it's just that type maybe? Maybe. It's not necessarily a brand thing.
It's what it actually does. When I see these videos, right, and they're like showing all these things, and I'm like, I've got to get a pad of paper. I'm like, what are we doing now? There's this and there's this.
Oh, and there's all kinds of peptides coming out now. Actually. But like, do we need to get on these? I don't know. And I don't know if they're safe right now. I don't know all that stuff, right?
So that's why I was curious if you had... Can you guys do a little... Check out the research on that and let us know. I can confirm neither of you... You can confirm? But neither of you need it. It was all.
But that makes your body create collagen, I heard about.
So you don't have to do... It's so old school to put powder in your drink.
Or get shot in the face with Botox or... I mean, it really is.

Chapter 5: What interesting job offers did Trish Stratus receive after her wrestling career?
Call me.
I'm available. Yeah. Hall of Fame. Yeah. Hall of Fame edition. Yeah. Yeah. All right. There we go. I like this. I'm not. Brush up on your candy skills. You know, afterwards I was asked if I wanted to host one of the upcoming game shows that they had.
Yeah.
Because I was going back and forth with the host so much. Not that I could with Jane Lynch, but at the time I could. And I remember her saying something about, Stephanie, I thought you were a wrestler. Where are your muscles?
Chapter 6: How did Trish Stratus connect with fans during her meet and greets?
Now, meanwhile, it takes her like, because she's being fed from a team of writers. Right. And I said, I got two big ones right here. Oh, my God. That's the clip.
And if you go back to when I was pedigreed one time on the... But it was so funny.
So, I mean, you know, obviously I didn't go with that opportunity, but I was so honored that they would even consider asking me to do that.
You get like some interesting job offers due to our exposure from this business, right?
Yeah.
Have you turned down a lot of interesting things?
Not really. Well, I also am not aware of a lot of things that have come through. I've been turning them down left and right for a while. Yeah, I mean, I don't think I was ever in the hottest of demand except maybe to be a host at one point.
I never wanted to do that.
You did the celebrity boss.

Chapter 7: What important life lessons does Trish want to teach her children?
It was all kinds of weird stuff, but little things. But our fans were just right there because the whole thing was I was a sports writer, but I didn't understand the world of professional wrestling. So they had to like sell me on professional wrestling.
Oh, that's fun.
And it was really cool. And the people that I got to interact with were amazing. And they all... told me about the brand and everything that we would do in the community and what it was really all about and how it brings people together.
I mean, really like everything that I would ever say about our product as chief brand officer, they would say, like our fans, like advocating for like how special this brand is. Right. And it didn't surprise me one bit. Yeah. You know, like it was just so incredible. Like that was really remarkable. And one of them was a photographer. I think it's Stephen Wright is his name.
And he was a vet who had lost his leg. And WWE had gotten him through because he was watching videos while he was in recovery. And he was on the brink of... you know, taking his own life is what he said. And he, if I remember correctly, and it was really like grounding for him to watch for whatever reason.
It's like the escapism, right? Like it takes them away from what this crappy job or this world.
Or it was something he did with his family that like made him feel a certain way, but it was all about how it made him feel and it helped him get him through. So then here we are and we're shooting B-roll. And, you know, I'm not supposed to break character.

Chapter 8: What does Trish Stratus believe about preparedness and opportunity?
And all of a sudden he's showing me pictures that he took at this WrestleMania because he happened to be the photographer at that WrestleMania. And there was a picture of Conor. And he told me Connor's story. Oh my gosh. And if you watch the videos of Connor just prior to that, which I watched on the plane ride home, you see the different angle, right? So this is the other side.
And when you watch the video back, you can actually see this photographer spin into frame and take the picture.
Wow.
So cool. And it just felt like, You know, power, so humbling, right? Like just powers beyond, you know?
Yeah, it's pretty special.
It's so special.
Yeah, I know we definitely get some moments like, it's incredible to see the impact that our, what we think we're just doing our job. Right. And how it affects people.
Yeah.
And I think it takes like, I don't think I realized, I mean, a lot of it, I didn't realize, even Amy and I talk about this all the time, how Lita, guys, that's Lita.
