This pharmacist turned educator paid off his investment property mortgage. He shares his fascinating story of moving through several different careers before settling into what he does now, teaching. He wrote a successful pharmacology book that made it possible for him to pay off his first of two rental property mortgages and he is on his way to paying off the others.
