Meaghan Murphy is an Author, Editor, On-Air Personality & was recently named Editor-in-Chief of Woman's Day magazine. Meaghan talks about her new book "Your Fully Charged Life". She describes it as a radically simple approach to having endless energy and filling your day with yay. Living this way was something that Meaghan had to learn to do, and it wasn't an easy journey. Meaghan's nickname was "Grumpy" as a child as she had a mostly negative mindset. She dealt with eating disorders, hospitalizations and the loss of her best friend at the age of 16.
