That's why you hear the first English episode in the “Winzer talk” podcast today. Since wine drinkers are generally considered to be very educated, I am now simply assuming that this will not be a problem for you. 😊 Greg Lambrecht has succeeded in bringing the greatest wine innovation of our time onto the market. A tool with which we don't have to uncork wine in order to be able to taste it. Instead, we pierce the cork with a thin hollow needle and thus transport the wine into our glass. With a simultaneous gas exchange of argon gas, the noble drop remains protected from oxidation and can continue to mature in the bottle. An ingenious invention that allows us to regularly taste a sip of wine without having to choose the whole bottle.
