Brooke’s personal journey towards wellness began with the loss of her mother and best friend. Since then, she has completed a sprint triathlon, run a marathon, and stepped on stage as a bikini competitor at 43 years young. She has dedicated herself to helping others achieve their own health and wellness goals through customized plans that are tailored to each individual's unique needs.
As an online coach, Brooke works with her husband Calvin, a certified personal trainer and nationally qualified physique competitor. They offer a variety of services designed to support clients in achieving their goals.
