Meghan Waldron is an educator, small business owner, and the proud mom of three sons and two stepsons. While raising her boys largely on her own, Meghan often questioned whether she had what it took to guide them into becoming strong, kind men. Now, as they enter their teen and young adult years, she has her answer. Despite the hardship of their father’s struggle with drug and alcohol addiction, her sons learned self-reliance, self-care, and the power of family, even when that family looked different from others around them.Professionally, Meghan has spent more than twenty years teaching students how to share their stories. She is a firm believer in the healing power of writing, reflection, and reclaiming one’s own narrative. Meghan is the owner of Smart Solutions Tutoring, which she founded in 2007, and she is excited to launch the U.S. Hub of Women in Change in January 2026. This London-based network brings together women across sectors to promote leadership, innovation, and structured risk-taking.
