Confidence is something too many of us struggle with. Tragically, lack of confidence impacts the quality of life for many of us, and the lack of confidence isn’t necessarily a reflection of the things you have and don’t have. It’s internal, it’s personal, and it’s self reflective of how you feel about yourself.

Admittedly, it’s been a heck of a rollercoaster ride. There is pain, tears, many fears, and stages of denial along the way that Lisa not only had to overcome, but that she admits to still working on even still!
