It can be hard to know how to appropriately handle these behaviors and situations, and easy to convince yourself it's not a big deal. But it is a big deal. Because these behaviors create a culture that make women feel like they are not appreciated or respected as colleagues or team members. Hence, my conversation with Dawn Hudson.
