Karen Jordan is the Chief Supply Chain Officer for PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA), which includes all 50 states and Canada. She is responsible for the entire manufacturing process, from procuring the raw ingredients for the products to getting the products to consumers wherever you purchase them -- whether on the shelves, in the stores, and in restaurants . Under her leadership, PepsiCo’s North American Beverage business generated $27 billion in revenue in 2023. In this role, she currently leads teams with 60,000 associates in 400 locations that produce a portfolio of beverages, including:Pepsi, Gatorade, bubly, MTN DEW, Starbucks ready- to-drink coffee, LIFEWTR, Lipton, Rockstar Energy Drink and more.She oversees supply chain functions, including:Manufacturing plant operations, transportation, fleet operations, planning, integration, commercialization, quality control, engineering, environmental and safety stewardship, and more.Karen says, "My job is to make sure we deliver the right the right case at the right place at the right time for the right cost and that it's done the right way."
