As most of you are aware we launched #wheresmyclinic Campaign earlier this year for an NHS Menopause Clinic for Devon. Well we wanted to know more about what a good NHS menopause clinic looks like and how a successful one runs. So in this episode we speak to two GP’s and Menopause specialists, DR Clare Spencer and Dr Lindsey Thomas who run a Menopause Clinic in Leeds.We look at Lou’s blood test results to determine testosterone levels and oestradiol absorption and Binding Globulin!We continue with this month’s foodie theme #cookforukraine with a delicious soup.In the book collective we take a look at books that have a place in our hearts and life.We begin our WI and discuss autism awareness in girls.
