POI & Early Menopause Our 2 guests this week are the co-authors of a must read book for anyone with POI or in early menopause, in fact it’s a great ‘go to’ book for absolutely anyone in menopause. Dr Hannah Short and Dr Mandy Leonhardt are both menopause specialists, Dr Hannah has a particular interest in induced menopause after going through a premature surgical menopause in her 30’s, and Dr Mandy has an interest in women’s hormonal health and is a certified nutritionist. They have come together to write a book dedicated to people going through POI, and early menopause, we have a great conversation it’s full of facts and details that you need to know.
