The beginning of a new year often brings with it thoughts of change and of course, resolution. There’s the common theme of it being a “New Year New You”. But, how many times have you set out at the beginning of a brand new year resolving to make this year the one you get healthier, fitter, or perhaps lose that weight you’ve been struggling with for so long, only to reach December and realise it didn’t happen? It’s reported that only 8% of people who set resolutions achieve them and that even by the end of January, as few as 25% of people are still sticking to their resolutions. I want you to have a different result in 2024. I want you to make the changes you want for yourself so that you live with stronger health and feel happier, more fulfilled. I don’t want you to end up a statistic in the people who start a new year determined to make the changes they want and land up on the scrap heap by February because they just couldn’t create those new habits.
