When I was growing up, somebody 'loving themselves' was viewed as arrogance. Maybe it's just my Christian upbringing. Now I know that we HAVE to love ourselves. Love yourself like you're your own baby.Good parents feed the baby right, get the baby moving and give it time to rest.
