I come from a diverse cultural background, both Hispanic and Chinese, and I create learning experiences from a place of curiosity and a passion for conscious and healthy living.For nearly a decade, I've immersed myself in this practice, teaching for eight years. What still captivates me most is the transformative journey I witness in my students. It's been a privilege to guide individuals toward inner peace, improved well-being, and the discovery of a higher version of themselves.
