From football, wrestling, and baseball, fitness has always been a huge part of his life. He played college baseball for Sacramento City College and finished playing for Irvine Valley College as a pitcher. Later learning the key to keeping up in the best possible shape of the body and the mind was in fact yoga. Jacob brings a sincere yet professional attitude towards teaching yoga. He practices many different styles of yoga which includes : Ashtanga, Iyengar, Hatha and Vinyasa. His hope for each of his clients is that they can find the inner peace he has been able to achieve through the art of yoga. About the Host:Marv is practicing for overeight years. While he was traveling the world he practiced with some of thegreates teachers in the States, Latin America, Europe, Bali & India.
