The unknown is what scares most of us out of having an experience. But what if we adopted a new mindset about what lies in the abyss? One that is full of excitement about the possibilities that exists in the unknown. One that is sewn from the fertile ground of freedom that defies the needs of certainty demanded by the mind. And one that allows us to grow closer to the person we seek to be from deep within. How would that change your life? As we hear today from someone (me) who has made it her life's purpose to seek the unknown and get to the other side of fear, I can tell you that it allows in great amounts of joy and gratitude. As humans, we are here to pass through experiences in our lives with courage. We are on this earth for a limited time and to not live my fullest expression is the ultimate case of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out). There is an expansive relationship with life that patiently waits for each one of us. It requires letting go, surrender and a shit ton of bravery. These qualities are available to every single one of us and once you walk far enough down this path you realize, there's no other way to live. It is our Divine Right to get to the other side of fear, to make our challenges our strengths and to regain ownership of our minds. Today's episode is a little glimpse into how I have taken this into my racing and how a meditative practice has changed me on a cellular level.
