A total of 321.6 miles of swimming, biking and running on the weekend after Thanksgiving is the Ultraman World Championship. Three-time podcast guest, two-time Ultraman official finisher, multi-time Kona qualifier, age group champion and experienced endurance competitor and crew member, Mary Knott is a serious badass. Inside and out, this girl is getting the work done and crushing her goals. She has the skill to bring a goal into her life and focus on it steadfastly for a long period of time. Whatever it takes, she's all in and she is not afraid to fail. She says that she hasn't found her limits yet and I don't believe she will. Mary is a dedicated meditator. She communes every day with her higher, limitless Self. Over time that limitlessness will soak deeply into your cells. Building from a desire to get more out of everything in life, Mary committed to a meditation practice in 2017. She has written about her experiences with meditation and wrote a special post on mantras for the SmashFest Diaries .
