Mm-hmm. Um and then upon we we went into a full Guy investigation. That's what we just did. There is nothing that we can do about this leak because we are renting this place and the property management's just gonna have to figure it out.

but what the hell we're doing. But we spent forty five at least forty five minutes trying to diagnose what we think is the problem.

Started with maybe a leaky pipe. Then we said there was not enough water for a leaky pipe. Then we said maybe it's 'cause it rained a shitload today. Maybe the rain is leaking down, you know, the side of the building down into our thing. Yeah,
some sort of clog storm drain that's getting internal. I don't know.
And our most current new theory is 'cause right right in line with where all the leaks are, there's a AC unit that the coil or whatever is frozen over. So it might just be condensation or melting of a frozen coil through the thing. More HVAC blues. Well, so hold on. So hold on. So hold on, Jared. So first of all, we emailed the property management. There's no way they show up today. None. Maybe in the next couple of days they'll show up. Two If it is the AC unit
I am cursed. We did just change the filters right on time too.

And also we were touching the sheetrock, it's getting pretty soft, so I don't know what yeah, I don't know what kind of structural damage it's doing. But anyways, I gotta go take lunch. So good luck.
