Episode 20: Become a Go-Giver to Sell More and Lead with Impact with Bob Burg

What are you working towards, really?  Often in business we lose sight of our end goal and focus instead on strategy, sales, and results.  We lose sight of who we are really working for.   If focussing on the outcomes is the right thing to do, why can it feel so wrong?  The book The Go-Giver validated all of these feelings for me and explained why a revenue-centric model may be stopping you from achieving those revenue goals.  My guest today is Bob Burg. Bob is a sought-after speaker at company leadership and sales conferences where he shares his Go-Giver philosophy with wide audiences.   Bob has written multiple books on sales, marketing and influence, with total book sales of well over a million copies.   His book, The Go-Giver, coauthored with John David Mann, has sold over 975,000 copies and it has been translated into 29 languages.    Bob is a strong believer that the amount of money one makes is directly proportional to how many people they serve.   Today we discuss:  Go-Giver.
