(Small Business Superstar) Using Facebook Groups to build communities and your business

This week’s Small Business Superstars is Jennifer who is an author and advocate for domestic abuse.A little bit about Jennifer’s amazing business…Jennifer’s book is all about emotional abuse and cohesive control, after experiencing this first hand. Jennifer also runs a small business networking membership called Latte and Live.What one marketing thing made a difference to their business? Facebook groups. Jennifer has used Facebook groups multiple times in her business. Most recently, at the start of lockdown Jennifer set up a networking Facebook group for small businesses. This then turned into regular Zoom calls and since then they have also done some pop up shops and it has become a real hub for businesses.What difference did it make to them and their business? The group now has 4.5k members (3.5k active).
